Yuriy Orlov
Founder and CEO
Yuriy has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector. He started his career at KPMG audit company in 1998, where he gained experience of leading international companies, participated in a large number of projects from various industries. Yuriy continued his career in private equity, where he worked as a financial director and managed projects in Moscow and European investment projects. Yuri has diverse experience in solving many financial problems: from building a financial strategy, evaluating investments to conducting acquisition transactions, development and subsequent sale of assets, M&A, tax structuring of companies in major leading international jurisdictions and the formation of an asset management system, building an internal control and accounting system, conducting audits and work on attracting and support of bank financing. Yuriy has a Master's degree in Business Administration in Finance (MBA) and has been a member of the International Association of Professional Accountants and Auditors (ACCA) since 2004.
