Yuriy Orlov
Founder & CEO
Yuriy has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector. He began his career in 1998 at KPMG, where he participated in numerous audit projects for leading international companies across various industries, gaining extensive experience in financial reporting and audit. Yuriy later continued his career in private equity, serving as a Finance Director and managing investment and corporate finance projects in Moscow and across Europe. He has broad expertise in solving complex financial and strategic challenges, including financial strategy development, investment evaluation, M&A transactions, asset development and divestment, tax structuring across major international jurisdictions, and the establishment of asset management systems. Yuriy has also been involved in building internal control and accounting frameworks, conducting financial audits, and arranging and supporting bank financing. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and has been a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2004.
